(20 December 1909, Horsens, Jutland – 1 September 1996, Ramløse, Nordsjælland/Nordseeland)
   Professor at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music, Copenhagen (1955–1965), he wrote a series of six-part a cappella motets called Liber Canticorum (includes Expectavimus Pacem, 1951–1952; Benedicamus Domino, 1952; Dedique Cor Meum, 1953; Beatus Vir, 1968; Hominis Dies, 1984; Laudate Dominum, 1984).
